Integrations and API

We built the integrations we needed first

Our own facilities company runs on QuickBooks Online and Gmail, so those were the first things the platform connected to. For everything else, there is a REST API with a full OpenAPI specification.

Does it sync with QuickBooks Online?

Time and expense data flows from the platform into QuickBooks Online, so the books reflect what actually happened in the field without anyone re-keying it.

  • Time clock entries sync to QuickBooks Online for payroll
  • Expense data flows without manual re-entry
  • The office stops reconciling two systems by hand

Do alerts arrive through Gmail?

Alerts are delivered through Gmail, the inbox your team already checks. Lease reminders, work order updates, and approvals land where people actually look.

  • Email notifications delivered through Gmail
  • Lease deadlines, request updates, and approval asks by email
  • No new inbox or messaging tool to adopt

Is there an API for custom integrations?

Everything the platform tracks is reachable over a REST API, documented with a full OpenAPI specification. If you need a connection we have not built, you or we can build it against the same API.

  • REST API covering platform data: requests, assets, leases, and more
  • Full OpenAPI specification for documentation and client generation
  • The same API we use internally for our own custom needs
  • New integrations scoped per deployment

How we use it ourselves

What changed for our own office manager?

At our founders’ facilities company, crew hours from the time clock and field expenses sync into QuickBooks Online, which ended the weekly ritual of copying numbers between systems. Lease reminders and request updates land in the same Gmail inboxes the team has always used. When something custom comes up, we build it against the same REST API a customer would get, which keeps the API honest.

Integrations FAQ

QuickBooks Online sync, Gmail notifications, and API access are part of the platform. Pricing is custom-scoped to your portfolio and modules; if you need an integration we have not built yet, we scope that work explicitly in the quote instead of hiding it in a tier.
